Or call 506 462 9119 and ask for geotechnical product support. We are in Eastern Canada, on Atlantic Standard Time, which is one hour ahead of US Eastern Standard Time, about 5 hours later than most EU time, and about 12 hours different from time in Asia.

Your contact will be most effective if you are able to tell us the serial number of your SAA, how it is being used (vertical?, horizontal? What is being measured?), approximately how long it is, and what software you are using. If you are having trouble with software, it is usually most effective to send RAW data so we can play it back or convert it at our site. For SAARecorder this means *.rsa files. For CR1000/800 loggers, this means the entire collection folder (project and data files). For DL1 loggers, this means T*.saa files, or the entire collection folder.
