SAAR : "Research" Array

SAAR is an SAA for monitoring deformation and vibration at the highest possible data rates. Each microprocessor in the array has a dedicated digital communication line, which limits the array length to 24 segments. Most SAARs are used in shaker-table research, but can also be useful for studying soil or structure dynamics in the field. Data from SAAR are the same as from SAAF.
