SAADC_Utilties,  for setting up SAAF Data Concentrators (Dcs), has a new function for updating DC Firmware in the field. Check our new downloads section for access to SAADC_Utilties.

 

New standard field installation: insert SAA into 27 mm  (1" 'Trade' dimension) PVC electrical conduit. This is preferable to anchoring the array directly in sand or grout. See our new installation guide.

 

SAAs are now being shipped with stainless steel braid covering the array. This provides protection against abrasion, and additional pull strength when removing the array for re-use.

 

New joint construction enables a snug fit in 27 mm (1") casing, without using webbing. The joints are self-fitting!

 

Our very first field installation recently achieved 1.5 mm accuracy  relative to a nearby manual inclinometer installation, over a continuous operating period of two years. This is consistent with long-term stability measurements of 1.5 mm for field arrays in general.

 

SAARecorder now includes an export link for viewing SAA data in the SAA3D viewer.

 

SAA may now be ordered with 50 cm segments.
